We want you to love your signature scent. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Email our support team or log into your account to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Securely

  Place the item in its original packaging and ensure it is securely padded to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Label

  Print and attach the prepaid shipping label provided by our team to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
